The History

The History of Mancuso's has humble beginnings, the Mancuso’s relocated to America from Italy after a devastating earthquake. They originally settled in New York, ultimately ending up opening a restaurant in Fairfield, CT. The Mancuso’s initially named their family restaurant Three Brothers.This establishment originally named as Sal’s parents eventually would pass the restaurant down to their children. Years had passed and Sal’s two older brothers eventually left the business. However, Sal stayed with the restaurant determined to make his own mark on the business.

According to Sal Mancuso, He decided to rename “Three Brothers” to Mancuso’s as a tribute to his family. As a lasting legacy Sal’s parent’s instilled an abundance of family values and work ethic, along with many of their family’s recipes; which has help the Mancuso family realize a vision in the pursuit of the American Dream.

At Mancuso's we only use the finest seafood and Meats, along with quality ingredients to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. We offer a vareity of seating arrangements from our dining room, patio, and our sit down bar. The cuisine in Italy is as important for the conversation and company as for the delicious food. Italians love the opportunity to be with friends, family, and meet strangers over a bite to eat. We hope you enjoy our little bit of Italy at Mancuso's restaurant right here in Connecticut.
